Winter Solstice Celebration

Loading Events

Winter Solstice is the shortest day & longest night of the year and the start of the winter season. Our favorite Winter Solstice tradition is to fill up the bird feeders and leave treats outside for forest friends and the few hearty wild ones in town, go for a walk in the woods, and enter into evening by lighting candles and telling stories.
In celebration of the season, we cordially invite you to enjoy refreshments and specials in the shop, with a little gift of light during the longest night with every purchase today, as we say thank you for another great year of adventures together.

Our seasonal hours will draw to a close Saturday afternoon as we take a break to celebrate the season with family, restock, recharge, rejuvenate and hibernate. Stop by the shop this weekend to gather last minute gifts & pick up provisions to carry you through til we meet again in February! Please follow our social media for details & updates.
